Our Purpose
Our commitment to helping people enhance their lives and environment derives from core values that have been the foundation of Eli Lilly and Company for over 130 years. Giving is a tradition here at Tippecanoe Laboratories. In the last 10 years, employees and retirees have donated over $4 million to United Way of Greater Lafayette. United Way's member agencies are dependent on community contributions to run their many programs. Each dollar that is donated goes directly to support these agencies. This year will continue to show the commitment of Lilly Tippecanoe Labs to Lafayette and the surrounding community.
