Tippecanoe Laboratories and its employees strive to be good neighbors, volunteering in support of United Way agencies; education, civic, and health organizations; as well as various cultural events. Working together, the company, the individual employees, and the Lilly family have contributed over 10 million dollars to the Greater Lafayette Community since 1989. And, as one of the county’s top ten employers, Tippecanoe Laboratories generate a positive economic impact on Greater Lafayette.

Neighborhood Meetings are organized annually with neighbors closest to the plant site. Lilly also helps local emergency planning committees, sends newsletters to neighbors, and encourages communication between neighbors and the plant site.
The Community Advisory Panel is a group of community leaders who meet every quarter at Lilly to discuss items of mutual interest; to learn more about what is happening at Tippecanoe Laboratories; and to recommend and implement activities or programs that help meet mutual needs.
